    We want you to be fully satisfied with WA Web Plus Pro. If, within 14 days of your initial purchase, you are not happy with the product for any reason, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

    How to request a refund

    Email us at team.waplus@gmail.com with:

    • The email address you used at checkout
    • Your order or transaction ID (from your Paddle receipt)
    • A brief reason for the refund (optional but helpful)

    We process refund requests within 3 business days. Once approved, your refund is issued through Paddle, our merchant of record, and typically arrives in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

    Subscription cancellations

    You can cancel an active subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation prevents future charges; your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

    Cancellation alone does not generate a refund. If you cancel partway through a billing cycle and want a prorated refund, request it within the 14-day window using the email address above.

    Free version

    The free version of WA Web Plus on the Chrome Web Store is, and will remain, free. No payment is required to use it. This refund policy applies only to paid Pro subscriptions.
