    No. It can recover messages deleted from the moment you turn it on — but not messages that were already deleted before that.

    Does it work on WhatsApp Web only, or on my phone too?

    WA Web Plus is a Chrome extension for WhatsApp Web (web.whatsapp.com) on your computer. It doesn't run on the phone app.

    Does the sender get notified?

    No. Everything happens locally in your browser — nothing is sent back to WhatsApp or to the sender.

    Does it recover deleted photos, videos and voice notes?

    It restores deleted text reliably and shows a hint for deleted media. Media recovery depends on whether the file was still cached when it was deleted.
