    WA Web Plus does NOT collect, store, transmit, or process:

    • Contact lists, phone numbers, or names
    • Profile pictures or media files
    • Usage patterns or analytics data
    • Device information or IP addresses
    • Cookies or tracking identifiers

    How the Extension Works

    WA Web Plus operates entirely within your browser:

    • All features (blur, lock screen, wallpapers) use CSS/JavaScript modifications applied locally
    • Settings are stored using Chrome's local storage API on your device only
    • No data is ever transmitted to our servers or any third party
    • The extension only runs on web.whatsapp.com

    Permissions Explained

    • Access to web.whatsapp.com: Required to apply visual modifications (blur, wallpapers, etc.) to the WhatsApp Web interface
    • Storage: Used to save your preferences (which blur options are enabled, wallpaper choice, etc.) locally on your device

    Translation Feature

    When you use the message translation feature, the selected message text is sent to Google Translate's public API for translation. This is the only network request the extension makes, and it only occurs when you explicitly click "Translate." No messages are stored or logged by us.
